Steps for setting up the signature in MS Outlook 2007 Go to Tools and then click Options…, as shown below: Click on Tools and then Options. And after clicking, you will get the following window Now click Mail Format tab and you will get the following window Now click on Signature button and you will get the following window Now click on New button and type a name for the signature e.g. Signature in this case Click OK and new signature is created. Now under the Edit Signature there is a text box where you can enter your signature details and can format it accordingly i.e. font, font size, color, alignment, etc. see the following window   Also, under Choose default signature, you can change the signature for the new mail and for the reply mail accordingly. After doing this click OK and it is done

Setting up Microsoft Outlook for Mail Please follow the instructions below to setup Microsoft Outlook to retrieve mails using POP3:



 1.      Click on "Start". 2.      Go to "Settings" Tab.
 3.      Click on "Control Panel" to launch it.
4.    Double Click on "mail" from the list. 5.    A pop up will appear, click on Show "Profiles". 6.      Click on "Add" to add a new Profile. 7.      Give the profile a Name and click on “OK”, for example John Doe for John.   8.       Select “Manually configure server setting or additional server types” and click on “Next”. 9.       Select “Internet E-mail” and click on “Next”.   10.      Fill the user Information             Name tab: Type in your full name.

            Email: Type in your exact email address.

            Incoming mail server: mail.yourdomain.com

            Outgoing mail server: mail.yourdomain.com

            Username: Your email address is your username.            Note: The naming convention is your first initial last name or the one chosen by you and setup by NETUTRY. For example, jdoe@yourdomain.com for John Doe.



Password: Your password will be sent in a personalized email to you.    11 .     Click on the “MORE SETTINGS TAB”.    12.   In General Tab type the “Organization name” and “Reply E-mail”.   13.       In Outgoing Server Tab check on  "My Outgoing server Requires Authentication” 14.      Go to Advance Tab and change the port number of “Outgoing server” to 26.   15.     Click on "OK" to accept the settings. 16.   You will be back at your original window, click on "Next". 17.  Click on "FINISH" to finish.

1.  First install window server 2003.

2.  Then go to Start, click on Program then go to Administrative tools and click on 

     Configure Your Server Wizard.

3.  Click Next icon to continue installation. 4.  After reading Preliminary steps click on Next 5.  Then select DHCP to install and click Next 6.  For Summary of Selections click Next 7.  Then system configuring Appling Selections. 8.  Then New Scope Wizard Screen will appear, click Next to continue Installation. 9.   Enter Your DHCP server name and its Description and click   10.  Next.

11.  Enter the IP address range you want to allot and click Next. 12.  In next step you can reserve IP addresses you want not to allot to anyone



13.  Fill the IP address from where you want to start from where you want to kept 

      reserve.

14.  After filling them click Add and then click Next button to continue. 15.  Then enter the lease days you want that client will use IP from this scope. 16.  Click Next to continue.

17.  If you want to configure your DHCP server now than select Yes otherwise select No. 18.  After that enter your Router IP address, click Add and click Next. 19.  Enter Parent domain name and enter your DNS server IP address or just add the

      name of DNS sever and click Resolve and Add icon to enter the DNS IP address. 20.  Click Next to Continue.

21.  Enter the WINS server address if you have otherwise click Next to continue 22.  Select Yes if you want to active this scope otherwise select No. 23.  Click Finish to complete successful installation of DHCP. 24.  Again click Finish to end Wizard. (This server is know DHCP server)

Documentation of Setup Active Directory and DNS Server:

1.  Steps to install MS Windows Server 2003.

2.  Go to Start then in Run type “dcpromo” press enter.

3.  Active Directory Wizard will appear on the screen.

 

4.  Click Next to continue the installation.

 

5.  In Operating System Compatibility click Next to proceed the installation 3

 

6.  In Domain Controller Type, select Domain Controller for new Domain.

 

7.  In Create New Domain, select “Domain in a new Forest”.

 

8.  In New Domain Name type the Domain name you want to give to your Domain.

 

9.  Then click Next icon to continue.

10. NetBIOS Domain Name will appear automatically.

 

11. Click Next to continue installation.

12. In Database and Log Folder, it’s your wish to change it or just remain it as it is.

 

13. After that click Next icon for installation.

14. Shared System Volume will also remain same as it is.

 

15. Select “Install and Configure the DNS server on this server on this computer, and set ….” in DNS Registration Diagnostic.

 

16. Click on the Next icon to continue.

17. In Permission, select Window 2000 or Window 2003 Server option.

 

18. After that click Next icon.

19. Then restore the Administrator Password and also retype it for conformation.

 

20. Click Next icon to continue.

21. Then Review the Summary and click Next icon.

 

22. Wizard will start Installing.

 

 

23. After installation process is complete you will get the following window (if there are no issues). Your Active Directory Installation Wizard has been completed.

 

24. Click Finish to End wizard and Restart your PC Now.
