Timesheet Management Module of Enterprise Business Information Management System (EBIMS™)
The Timesheet module of EBIMS™ allows all employees of the Owner Company and its subsidiaries to enter time against all or any Projects that the organization has undertaken. The Projects in the timesheet system pulls data from the EBIMS™ Project Management Module. As various projects are undertaken and resources contribute time towards either internal or client facing projects. As time gets added to their specific project pool, the user submits the time for approval to their reporting manager for approval. The system allows reporting managers to review, approve or reject time. Senior managers can access and manage each other's work queue's as defined in the configuration rules. This allows a granular level of control to the end user.
Following through the base configuration of the EBIMS™ system, the timesheet system allows the system administrator to manage and configure specific rules with the help of the configuration panel.
Finally, the powerful reporting engine of the Timesheet Management System
allows Managers and Business Executives real-time view into tasks performed per project by various members of the organizations, insight into project costing visibility into the performance of the organization's workload and efficiency.
