Sachin Agrawal
Founder & CEO
Sachin Agrawal founded Tarika Technologies and has over 14 years of industry experience in various areas of business technology. While consulting for small and mid-size companies as well as Fortune 500 clients and Government Organizations, Sachin has become captivated by the agility of business organizations and the value a properly deployed technology plan can add to a business. He is on a mission to streamline technology for his clients and to make technical solution implementation simpler and effective. He started Tarika Technologies to build upon this mission and he instills the highest levels of commitment to client on each project.
Sachin holds a Masters degree in Information Architecture (Highest Honors), a Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering and an Associate degree in Computer Engineering Technology from Capitol College, Maryland, USA. He enjoys reading books on philosophy, business and technology. Inspired by the philosophy of martial arts, he is a practitioner of KyoKuShin Karate for over 10 years and also enjoys composing music and playing musical instruments.

Shane Aubel brings a wide range of public and private sector expertise and experience helping clients to build and integrate their business and technology operations. Shane has started, nurtured and sold several successful business, and always the entrepreneur, innovation and efficiency are at the core of every business decision.
Shane holds a bachelors degree in Business Administration from Westminster College, Pennsylvania and will earn his Master of Business Administration from Georgetown University in May of 2012. He enjoys fishing, boating, gardening and other outdoor activities.
