Apart from business development, Sachin spends most of his time in understanding the clients' businesses, their goals and formulating strategies for improvement in the operations, processes, stabilization of the technology platform and overall cost reduction.

Sachin holds a Masters in Information Architecture, a bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering and an Associates in Computer Engineering Technology from Capitol College, Maryland, USA. He enjoys reading books on philosophy, business and technology. Inspired by the philosophy of martial arts, he has been a practitioner of KyoKuShin Karate for over 10 years and also enjoys composing music and playing musical instruments.

Ankush Singhal
Vice President Operations & Technology
"Anything is possible", says Ankush. With this attitude, he has successfully lead the operations and technology in India. In addition to his superb management and keeping our business objectives in align, he augments our technology team providing infrastructure and development support.

With his former background in the banking industry, he is extremely good in understanding numbers and designing solutions most effective for our clients.

Ankush holds a Masters and Bachelors degree in Computer Application (MCA/BCA) from I.G.N.O.U., New Delhi, India. He also holds an advanced diploma in Software Engineering from Aptech. In his leisure, Ankush loves watching and playing cricket, a famous sport in India.

Amal Gupta
Vice President, Call Center Operations
Amal Gupta brings with him a wide range of experience in international business process outsourcing (I-BPO) to Tarika Technologies (A Tarika Group Company) as he heads the newly established Tarika Technologies' Call Center Division. His division will be handling business processes for small to medium sized organizations.

An MBA candidate (expected: May, 2009) from Symbiosis-Pune, Amal joins Tarika Technologies with 5 years of work experience in a Multinational Call Center.

Most recently, he functioned as a team lead to carry out the day-to-day operations including quality control and floor supervision.
Amal is passionate about motorcycles and cars. In his leisure, he enjoys listening to music, watching cricket, and traveling. He has also represented his schools in several varsity contests on television.

Roshan Shrestha
Public Relations Adviser
Roshan Shrestha comes onboard Tarika Technologies team as PR adviser.

Roshan is a published author of more than 16 publications in respectable peer-reviewed journals and currently filed for 2 patents at the US Patent office.

Roshan will be managing the Tarika Group press releases and publications. He holds a PhD degree from University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and a B.A. (Honors) from Grinnell College, Iowa.

Roshan ran the Chicago Marathon October 2008. He also enjoys watching College Basketball.

Arvind Tiwari

We often call Arvind Mr. Professor. He joined Tarika Technologies with significant experience in teaching technology solutions in various platforms and was the lead instructor at one of the renowned training centers in India. He loves helping people; with such attitude and a sound technology experience he has naturally evolved as one of the leaders within Tarika.

Arvind holds a Bachelor and also a Masters degree in Computer Application (MCA/BCA) from I.G.N.O.U., New Delhi, India. He also holds an advanced diploma in Software Engineering from Aptech.

He enjoys reading about new market trends in the technology sector. 

Ravinder Singh Saini

It may be past midnight in India, but when it comes to responding to any client requests, Ravi is on top of things on his BlackBerry. Adhering to Tarika's processes, fine tuning them and assisting in formulating the Virtual CIO model, Ravi has been a vital part of Tarika Technologies. "We have to lead by example," says Ravi and puts in enormous efforts in studying the client environment. 

Ravi holds a Masters degree in Computer Application (M.C.A.) from I.G.N.O.U, New Delhi, India. He is also a Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP).

He likes to listen to Punjabi and Hindi songs. He also likes spending time with his family and friends. Being an outstanding athlete during his school days, he likes working out and now enjoys playing a variety of outdoor games, specially soccer and cricket.

Rajesh Sallan

Rajesh is our design expert. Rajesh has quickly proven to be a vital member of our web production team providing support to clients with web development, editing and with his ability to excel in learning new technologies.

Rajesh says the thing he likes most about Tarika is the team, the support from the management and the approach towards the business. “Everyone here is more of a friend and are true supporters. The positive criticism that I face here helps not only me, but everyone in moving forward.”

When he is not at work or studying, he enjoys playing Internet games, watching animated movies, playing billiards, interacting with people and listening to soft music.

You will always find Brij smiling just like his picture. He is mostly working on the backend systems and our business automation product. "It is my goal to take every project to completion in the most ethical manner, which I feel the industry severely lacks in at the moment", says Brij.

Brij holds a Masters in Computer Applications (MCA), Bachelors in Science (B.Sc.), Post Graduate Diploma in Computer Applications (PGDCA) and an Advanced Diploma in Computer Applications (ADCA).

When not working, Brij likes listening to music, studying about new technologies and playing Cricket.

Ajay Jamwal

Ajay works on Internet applications. He assists the development team in creating dynamic web applications and Search Engine Optimization. He refers to his team as the 'knowledge warehouse'.

Ajay holds a bachelors degree (B.Tech.) in Computer Science and Engineering from International Institute of Telecom Technology.

When not working, Ajay enjoys his time with friends and family, exploring new destinations and reading about new innovations.

Tarun is the youngest member of our team and assists in managing the corporate network to include servers, desktops and backup systems. In addition, he also provides support on our Hosting platform.
